BINDU consists of a general body of 35 young female members, and an elected Executive committee of the following 9 individuals (2025-2026)

The general body meeting held twice in a years to approve previous year’s accounts, audit statement, and activity report and also to adopt next year’s budget and development plan.

The executive committee, which is elected by the general body generally, meets once in four months to carry out general body decisions, implement development and administration activities, and supervises/ guides the performance of the Staff.

An Executive Director is appointed by the Executive Body. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, Management, Programs, Finance and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Also the Adviser Committee, Internal Audit committee, Gender committee, Monitoring committee, Purchas committee, Legal aid Committee, Information committee, Gender committee, child protection Committee, PSEA committee, Safeguarding committee, Disaster management committee, Project implementation committee monitor the overall activity of the organization all the year round. Every committee has a dedicated focal person.
